This is a 1975 run Gem Models imported locomotive model crafted in Japan by Tsubomi. The box has only minimal shelf wear. The model is extremely clean with just a little wear and comes without spare parts. It has been tested and lubricated. It runs smoothly, though it's a bit noisy as it needs more break - in time. These locomotives were used as commuter engines.

Using this locomotive model is easy. Just connect it to a compatible analog DC power source and watch it go. It's a great addition to your model train collection and can be used to recreate commuter train scenes.
Here are some things to keep in mind: Since it's a bit noisy initially, give it some time to break in. This will help reduce the noise over time. Also, because it's a brass model, it's quite fragile, so handle it with care when setting it up or moving it around.
For maintenance, every now and then, you can lubricate the moving parts to keep it running smoothly. If you notice any unusual noises or problems with its operation, it might be a good idea to check the motor and gears. And always store it in its original box and foam to protect it from damage when not in use.
