Using this model train is easy. First, make sure you have a DC analog power source. Connect the train to the power source and switch it on. The train should start running smoothly. Since it has a moderate motor/gearbox noise, don't be alarmed if you hear a bit of sound. When handling the train, be gentle as it's a fragile item. Also, be aware that there is some corrosion on a few axles. Check the axles regularly to see if the corrosion gets worse. For maintenance, keep the train in a dry place to prevent further corrosion. Periodically, use the siderod wrench to check and adjust the siderods. If you notice any issues with the motor or gearbox, it's best to have it serviced. When it comes to storage, keep it in the original box with the foam for protection. If you want to clean it, use a soft, dry cloth. And remember, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
